Tendy Talk Episode 36 – Andy Oman
For Episode 36 of Tendy Talk presented by the BLPA Podcast Network, I chat with Andy Oman of The Hockey Arsenal. Andy and I first met each other when we played in the 2018 SotaStick Hockey Classic. Prior to the tournament starting, we engaged in a humorous Twitter battle going back and forth. Somehow our two teams kicked off the tournament with the opening game. I’m happy to say my team, Team Bill’s Toggery came out the victors.
Andy has a neat background in that he wasn’t originally a goalie, but once he started playing the position he knew he belonged between the pipes. He then gave his body a rest by playing out and started a company making high-end composite player sticks at beer league prices. Maybe even one day a goalie stick….
